Orders placed after 11am, classified
'Next Day Air' or 'Second Day Air' will not go out until the
next business day. Such orders placed on a Friday, will not
go out until Monday.

take several days for your tracking number to appear in our
carrier's system. Please do not call or write to us about
your tracking number until at least 5 days has passed. Your
