gingery_machines @Wiki links

This page is for links that don't fit under a specific category already, i.e. billy joe bob's "How I built a Gingery Lathe" page should go under lathe. If a page is about more than one subject i.e. "cletus's charcoal foundry and shaper page" should go under charcoal foundry and under shaper.
